Fortunately, there are many natural ED solutions available that can both improve health and increase blood flow throughout the body. The following are 5 things you can start doing now.

Lifestyle changes.

Erectile dysfunction is often the direct result of conditions that block arteries and decrease circulation. Health issues such as diabetes and heart disease, along with habits like smoking and excessive drinking, can increase your risk of ED and jeopardize your overall health.

To counter this risk, it’s important to exercise regularly, and try to lose excess weight. It’s also good to curb alcohol intake to no more than two drinks a day if you’re younger than 65. Also, if you do smoke, take steps to stop. Quitting smoking can have almost immediate beneficial effects on your health.

Another natural solution is ginseng, specifically, Korean red ginseng. This herb dates back to the ancient Far East for helping increase stamina, decrease fatigue, and boost libido. One study found that 60% of men taking Korean red ginseng had improvement in achieving and maintaining an erection. They also reported having more sexual desire and more satisfaction in intercourse.

The hormone dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) comes from the adrenal gland in the brain and leads to the production of male and female sex hormones. For both men and women, DHEA levels begin to decrease after age 30. Boosting DHEA levels has been found to treat many conditions including hormonal disorders, heart disease, diabetes, depression, and more. While the evidence is still inconclusive, initial research indicates that DHEA supplements may improve sexual function, libido, and ED.

Another natural ED treatment option is the amino acid l-arginine. The body converts l-arginine into the chemical nitric oxide, which causes blood vessels to open wider for better blood flow. Because of this, the amino acid is often used to treat heath and blood vessel conditions, including congestive heart failure, chest pain, and high blood pressure. It is also shown to be effective in treating erectile dysfunction. L-arginine can be found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products, or it can be taken as a supplement.

One of the natural ED solutions that many people do not think of is acupuncture. This method of Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on regulating the flow of the 14 energy pathways throughout the body. This is done by inserting tiny, fine needles at specific points to restore the flow of energy. It’s used to treat ED by addressing points on the extremities, abdomen, and back.

There are many ways to treat ED, and medication is not always the answer. You can learn more in our free ebook, Beginner’s Guide to Natural ED Solutions. You can also explore other medical options, including vacuum assisted therapy. Whatever method you try the important thing is to stay optimistic. There is a solution that will work for you.
