Penis Training as a Cure for Premature Ejaculation

penis-training-as-a-cure-for-premature-ejaculationIt’s understood that to improve at anything physically, training is needed. Whether it’s for an event, or a race, or a competition, we need to commit to a regimen that prepares our bodies and gets us in shape.

Improving sexual performance is no exception. It is possible to train the penis and the mind as a cure for premature ejaculation.

Exercise.

Since we are talking about training, one effective cure for premature ejaculation actually involves doing exercises, specifically ones that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Doing this can improve orgasm intensity, erectile function, and ejaculation control.

One of the best exercises to improve this control is the Kegel. Doing a Kegel penis exercise involves first locating your PC muscles, which you can feel by pretending you are holding back urination mid-stream. You then clench and contract this muscle for five to 20 seconds, and then release. Sources say to do this 10 to 20 times in a row, three of four times a day, to gradually improve sexual function.

Pause-Squeeze.

The Pause-Squeeze technique is a way to train your penis to delay ejaculation. According to the Mayo Clinic, the technique involves beginning to stimulate the penis – with or without your partner – until you feel you are almost ready to ejaculate. Then you or your partner squeezes the end of your penis, where the head meets the shaft. The squeeze is held for several counts as you wait for the desire to ejaculate to pass.

To do this method, repeat this process over and over. This creates a habit of not ejaculating when you want to. Eventually, the Squeeze is no longer needed and you’re able to have more control.

Stop and Start.

Livestrong.com describes another technique that is similar to the pause-squeeze. The Stop and Start method also involves stopping at the point you’re about to ejaculate. Except, in this technique, instead of squeezing, you just hang tight, take a few deep breaths, and relax. After you’re calm again, you repeat the process, each time pulling back and regrouping. Again, this trains your body to control timing.

Experiment with a penis pump.

The Stop and Start technique can be done with your partner, and it can be performed and perfected on your own.

A penis pump or vacuum therapy device can be used to create that arousal and stimulation. A penis pump works by placing an acrylic penile tube over the penis, and then using a manual or battery-operated pump to create a vacuum suction over the penis. This draws blood into the penis creating an erection.

You can control the stopping and starting process by stopping or slowing the pumping action. Similarly to masturbation, you can pause and reapply stimulation when you’re ready, but you’ll also benefit from the new sensation and eroticism of the pump.

De-stressing your penis.

Finally, in the same way that training and exercise can improve your overall health, training and exercising can also improve your sexual health. Being physically active can reduce stress, which can result in premature ejaculation.

Based on this, by exercising you may not be training your penis, but you are training your body to better cope with stress and thus get more enjoyment out of sex.

Training your penis for better control, strengthening your pelvic floor, and practicing, practicing, practicing can be a cure for premature ejaculation.
